What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Prices vary depending on type (standard or deep) and frequency of the service. My initial estimate is a starting point, but I always schedule a FREE in-home consultation as the first step to ensure we are 100% aligned on your cleaning needs before finalizing a price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will set up a FREE in-home consultation after you reach out, you will then receive a final estimate via our APP called square. Once you accept the estimate we will schedule your cleaning. You will then receive a confirmation text and reminders leading up to your scheduled cleaning. On the day of the cleaning my team will message you when they are on the way, when they start and when they finish cleaning your home. I will then check to ensure we have exceeded your cleaning expectations before sending over an invoice via the app. You can pay directly through the app via credit card or ACH.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My team combined has over 40 years of cleaning experience in both commercial and residential cleaning.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I am an entrepreneur and thought there was a an opportunity to improve the experience with home cleaning services, so I decided to start my own company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with every type of customer from small 1 bedroom homes to large 6000+ square foot homes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently tackled a new construction home for a builder and my team did an amazing job!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Read reviews and research the company. We are insured and bonded, and all of my staff go through both on-the-job and workshop based training.
